The "Mini Me" service bridges the gap between digital sorcery and traditional studio craftsmanship. Using our proprietary Puppet Forge design framework, we transform a simple photo, sketch, or character concept into a highly detailed, professionally finished physical figure. Whether designed as a high-end personal collectible or a production-ready stop-motion puppet, each piece is uniquely yours.

How the Forge Works

We’ve automated the heavy lifting so we can focus entirely on the art. Our digital-to-physical pipeline moves from your desktop to our workbench in four distinct phases:

The Upload: You supply the reference images, photos, or character sketches.

The Forge: Our custom Puppet Forge application generates precise, multi-angle character turnarounds, which are translated into a 3D digital mesh.

The Polish: Every character is pulled into Blender and ZBrush, where facial anatomy is hand-refined and unique expressions are baked into the model.

The Build: The finalised character is output via high-resolution 3D printing, hand-finished, painted and sealed, fitted with its internal chassis and mechanisms, and prepared for dispatch.

Every single “Mini Me” features a fully poseable internal armature as standard, ensuring your character can be dynamically framed or posed in any position. The difference lies entirely in how they communicate:

The High-End Collectible: Engineered for display and premium presentation. This version features an interlocking full-face expression system, allowing you to effortlessly swap out the character’s entire look, mood, or personality on the fly.

The Stop-Motion Ready Puppet: Engineered for the screen and performance. This version is optimised for dialogue, featuring a precision lip-sync viseme system so you can instantly swap out independent mouth plates to match your audio tracks frame-by-frame.

Because each “Mini Me” requires dedicated ZBrush/Blender cleanup, print calibration, and meticulous hand-finishing, these builds are strictly low-volume and will be released in limited studio batches.
