What we do
Through the Puppet Forge process, we design and fabricate bespoke stop motion armatures, puppet heads, animatronic components, and custom rigs — built to your exact specifications, your character, your shot.
Every piece is handcrafted in-house — from 2D concept and 3D sculpting through to CAD modelling, CNC precision components, and the latest 3D printing technology. The full process, under one roof.
How it works
